our process
At Maritime Concierge Services, we pride ourselves in being transparent, thorough, and providing excellent communication with our valued clients. That being said, let us walk you through the proccess!
01. boat inspection
First and foremost, we want to get to know you and your vessel personally. As part of the sign on process, a representative would like to meet with you in person and go over the vessel, discuss your questions, comments and concerns. Lastly, take photos of the boat and dock/storage area to start your personal album with MCS. (see Peace of Mind Album)
02. Planning
We want to come up with a personalized plan for your boat, narrowing down what services you may/may not need throughout the year. We will sit with you to discuss a plan to keep your boat safe, running and ready for fun!
03. hurricane prep
Hurricanes can be stressful. Let us handle the stress of properly securing your vessel for incoming storms and hurricanes. We will strap down the vessel, provide before and after (the storm) photos of the vessel and upload them to your personal online MCS file, which grants you access to all correlating photos and other important information. (Insurance companies love this part!)
04. additional services
At this time, we like to provide extensive knowledge of the many services that we offer (routine maintenance, cleaning/detailing, private charters, fishing trips, ect.)
05. Peace of mind album
As we mentioned before, you will have your own personal online file for your boat with MCS. Any & all work done to your vessel (tie downs, mechanical work, cleanings, ect.) will be uploaded to an online file that only you can access. Giving you the peace of mind that work is being completed on time and correctly.
06. Contract
Lastly, we will go over our annual contract with you, answer any questions you may have, and get you back out on the water!
